Note:  If you break your case upon impact of the water or an object, this is not covered by warranty.  You will be required to purchase a replacement case.  If your case breaks and you continue to use it on the water, you will risk water entering the case compromising your BbTALKIN unit due to water damage.  Water damage is not covered under warranty.
